I was very happy with the product and especially your service when ordering. It took me a few goes to sort out the correct distance for the specialist tool for tensioning the boards and how it worked. Once I had sorted that out, away I went. My only thought of a slightly negative nature would be the extra time that is required to biscuit recess the boards, whilst I was in the construction phase I though I would never get to the end. On a positive note the finished look of the deck with a smooth finish and no nail holes for outweighed my concerns during the construction phase.
Would I use it again?
Absolutely and would recommend it with out a word of caution about the extra time required and that it is worth it. Overall I think your customer service (which is important to me) is what impressed me the most. Your speedy dispatch of the product to help me out and a manner that lead me to believe I could call for help and guidance id required.

The deck looks fantastic! I had to use lots of clamps etc. but we got into the routine and so became easier to do. I guess that the final recommendations will occur in a couple of years time to see how your product will hold up to wear and tear and weather conditions. My other deck is nailed and I have to continually bang the nails down as the boards warp and move, I am hoping this will not occur with this product.
